Biscotti aren’t really my thing. They’re too crunchy and kind of bland, and what’s the point of a cookie you can’t eat without dunking in coffee or tea? I do however consider myself a biscotti making expert, since they’re the treat I used to always make for my favourite former boss (here are a couple of recipes).
The Baked Boys’ biscotti has a few tasty additions in it: chocolate chips, toasted hazelnuts and cinnamon. Even with all of that going on, I still found them lacking a little something. Sadly, I can’t offload the treats I don’t care for to my co-workers anymore, so these are stashed in the freezer for the time being.
