I really haven’t been able to keep up with the Baked Sunday Mornings crew this year, which makes me quite sad. Now that things have settled down with my work life, hopefully I can get back on track. Plus I have a whole new group of recipe tasters/testers to impress!

And here we have the very first treat I brought to my new job! After learning that peanuts are not tree nuts (we have a tree nut allergy on the team), I dropped off my trusty tupperware container in the designated snack area and then had to explain a few times what these were.

Monster Cookies, for the non-bakers out there, are peanut butter-oatmeal-chocolate chip cookies with M&Ms. Kind of a hybrid of a few different types of cookies, so I guess they’re the Frankenstein of cookies! Everyone on the team loved them, even the person who is “off dairy” and asked me to quantify the amount of butter in them. I’ll have her back “on dairy” in no time!
